Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join a leading European travel‑tech platform. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners in the vacation‑rental market, introduce partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct lead pre‑qualification calls and assess suitability for the platform.
• Ask qualifying questions regarding properties, licensing, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Record detailed interaction notes and manage follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification, or customer service.
• Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proficient with CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
