Remote Part-Time Psychotherapist

About the role

MantraCare is seeking a part‑time, remote Psychotherapist to deliver evidence‑based mental health care through its AI‑enabled platform. You will conduct virtual individual, couple or family sessions, using secure digital tools and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapeutic interventions via video or chat.
• Document sessions in line with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the AI‑supported intake and triage system and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field with active licensure/certification.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose and treat a range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Experience delivering telehealth or online therapy using digital platforms.
• Strong communication, empathy and crisis‑management skills with respect for cultural diversity.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part‑time caseload and maintain privacy standards.
