About the role
The Labour Research & Policy Institute of Tuc is seeking a researcher to support labour market analysis and policy research in Ghana.
Required profile
- Master's Degree in Economics from a recognised university.
- At least two years of relevant working experience.
- Understanding of the links between macroeconomic policy and the Ghanaian labour market.
- Strong experience and knowledge of policy research.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and make timely decisions.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and a team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SPSS for data analysis.
- Experience with STATA (advantage).
- Background in statistics (advantage).
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
- Statistical analysis using quantitative methods.
- Qualitative data analysis techniques.
