About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations in Accra and the Tema region. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient day‑to‑day operations within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Drive sales growth and develop business opportunities.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control.
- Prepare staff schedules and rosters.
- Monitor costs, prepare financial and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
