Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant in Accra, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate staff, manage inventory, and work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent food and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Supervise, motivate and schedule restaurant staff, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
• Monitor customer service standards, address guest feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and workplace regulations.
• Track stock levels, coordinate procurement, and minimise waste and losses.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality.
• Support sales growth through effective service management and promotions.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate key issues to senior management.
• Train and coach staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in hospitality, restaurant or hotel environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
