Results-Based Management Officer

About the role

The Results-Based Management (RBM) Officer will lead the implementation and operationalisation of RBM and MEAL systems for Wilder Institute Ghana’s conservation projects, ensuring alignment with Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requirements. This role supports data‑driven decision‑making, partner capacity building, and gender‑inclusive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project Logic Model and Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
• Coordinate day‑to‑day RBM and MEAL activities, providing guidance to partners on indicators, data sources, and collection methods.
• Validate, compile, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to track outputs, outcomes, and risks.
• Prepare GAC donor reports, including annual results narratives, indicator tables and supporting evidence.
• Strengthen partner capacity through coaching, training and promotion of consistent RBM practices.
• Support gender‑equality and FIAP data collection, analysis and evidence generation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 4 years of experience in RBM, MEAL or monitoring and evaluation within NGOs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple partners and manage data quality across sites.
• Strong understanding of GAC RBM requirements and gender‑inclusive data practices.

Required skills

• Data management and analysis for RBM/MEAL systems.
• Report writing and donor reporting.
• Training and capacity‑building facilitation.
