Retail Marketer – Versatile All‑Rounder for Multi‑Sector Conglomerate

About the role

The Eskel Group of Companies is seeking dynamic Retail Marketers who can navigate a diverse portfolio of businesses, from logistics and fleet management to travel, property, and cleaning services. You will be responsible for driving both B2B corporate accounts and B2C retail services, adapting brand voices to suit each subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cross‑channel marketing campaigns for multiple subsidiaries.
• Track and report ROI, CPA, and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
• Manage CRM databases, nurture leads, and support customer retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Adapt messaging quickly to shift between premium B2B and consumer‑focused promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (or HND/Diploma for entry‑level roles).
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in cross‑channel marketing (executive level) or 5+ years in strategic leadership (management level).
• Active membership or certification with recognized marketing bodies (e.g., CIMG, CIM).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.

Required skills

• Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot and email tools like Mailchimp.
• Google Ads and Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate credentials.
• Data‑driven reporting of ROI, CPA and conversion metrics.
