Sales and E-Commerce Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and E‑Commerce Officer to join our growing fashion retail team in Accra. You will support both offline and online sales channels, helping to expand our market presence and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities across physical stores and the e‑commerce platform.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media to promote products and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch promotions and track performance.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in‑store and online, handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of experience in sales, marketing, or fashion.
• Valid driver’s licence with the ability to operate a car or motorcycle.
• Creative, proactive, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.
