About the role

Emcita, a Ghana‑based technology firm, is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to generate new business and close deals across its 17 service lines. This remote, commission‑based position is ideal for candidates with an existing network in Ghana’s business or tech community who want uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to potential clients throughout Ghana who need software, web development, cloud, mobile app, or digital transformation services.
• Pitch Emcita’s offerings and match client needs to the appropriate practice area.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to craft proposals and pricing structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles, preferably within tech/IT services.
• Strong local network and confidence in approaching decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
