Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join SENRI Ltd. and drive revenue growth in the Ghanaian market. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating qualified B2B leads for our mobile‑based sales automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B customers across various industries.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Schedule and lead sales meetings and product demonstrations with decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads and deals in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SENRI’s features and industry trends.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• High energy, optimistic attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Effective time‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Good understanding of B2B selling and customer relationship management.
