Sales Executive - Heavy Machinery

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth for trucks, heavy‑duty equipment and related solutions, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell trucks, heavy‑duty equipment, machinery and spare parts to customers in Ghana.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain an active sales pipeline, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, provide technical and commercial guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during and after sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines, and secure orders and contractual agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, support customers in equipment selection, and participate in product demonstrations and inspections.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and roadshows, and support marketing campaigns to increase product visibility.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports, keep accurate customer records and assist with debt recovery processes.

Required profile

• Experience in selling trucks, heavy equipment or related machinery.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer‑relationship skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Sales Director and collaborate with internal departments.
