Sales Executive - Retail

About the role

The Parts Sales Executive – Retail will manage the handling, storage and movement of automotive parts and materials, supporting both workshop and sales operations across Accra and Tema. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying needs and driving sales of parts and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new relationships and act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Use tailored questions to evaluate customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, events and other channels.
• Schedule follow‑ups and maintain high‑quality customer data.
• Sell products and services using standard processes and provide back‑office support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales or parts handling role.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Business insight, customer focus, and action‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to optimise work processes, collaborate effectively and adapt quickly.
• Commitment to continuous self‑development.
