About the role
The Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Director to turn the company’s sales strategy into daily actions, overseeing the sales team and ensuring revenue targets are met in the Labone office.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the Sales Director’s strategy into actionable sales plans and set team targets.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales activities, monitor lead generation, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
- Supervise the Senior Sales Property Executive and Sales Executives, allocating leads and territories.
- Coach, mentor and train sales staff, supporting onboarding of new team members.
- Support high‑value client negotiations and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Projects teams to ensure lead quality, payment structuring and unit availability.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing policies and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports.
