About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ghana and focuses on driving property sales and rentals. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire sales process and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and cultivate new client relationships.
- Manage property listings, prepare marketing materials and conduct property tours.
- Negotiate offers, close sales and ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client objectives.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends and produce analytical sales reports.
- Provide clients with up‑to‑date market insights to optimise sales opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven ability to close transactions and build long‑term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of real‑estate market trends, property valuation and listing management.
- Experience conducting market research and preparing analytical reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
