Sales & Marketing Representative – Office Furniture Solutions

About the role

Kabinart Ghana is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join its team in Accra. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our premium office furniture and workspace solutions, building relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across corporate, SME and developer segments.
• Identify client needs, propose tailored furniture and fit‑out solutions, and close sales.
• Generate leads, conduct site visits, and locate new project opportunities.
• Create simple photo and video content of completed projects for social media and marketing use.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable working on‑site and traveling to project locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
