Sales Officer – Drive Revenue Growth

About the role

The Sales Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Accra, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition for RPS HR SUPPORT SERVICES. You will engage prospects across multiple sectors, manage the sales pipeline and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to inquiries and providing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Document sales activities accurately and report on performance.
• Monitor market trends, contribute to channel‑sales initiatives and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management and follow‑up.
• Experience in channel or partnership‑based selling, preferably within HR services.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and negotiating agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and collaborating across functions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications and data‑informed decision‑making.
