Sales Officer – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

The Sales Officer – Logistics & Supply Chain will drive new business and revenue growth for Prosupport Services by promoting its transportation, freight, warehousing, distribution and broader supply‑chain solutions. You will work closely with corporate clients, manufacturers, importers, exporters and e‑commerce businesses to understand their logistics needs and propose tailored services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new customers through visits, referrals, networking events and digital channels.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conduct client meetings to capture logistics requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contract terms within approved company policies and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to design commercially viable logistics solutions.
• Provide ongoing account management, upsell and cross‑sell additional services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with up to 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related sales.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
