Logistics Assistant – Ghana (Full-time)

About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support the supply‑chain operations of Canal+ Telecom Ghana, ensuring accurate stock handling, efficient fleet administration and smooth import processes. You will work closely with technical teams, warehouse partners and finance to keep material flow uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy by registering inbound/outbound movements, organizing material deliveries, coordinating daily with the warehouse provider, conducting regular stock counts and handling defective items and scrapping.
• Manage fleet administration including vehicle licensing, insurance, fuel consumption monitoring and maintenance follow‑up.
• Assist the import coordinator with pre‑shipment paperwork (UCR, Easy Pass), customs assessment (HS codes), payment of duties and taxes, archiving import files and liaising with finance and headquarters on invoicing and shipments.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in supply‑chain, warehouse or stock management.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) and ability to work with dedicated management software.
• Meticulous, strong communication skills, native English speaker; French is a plus; holder of a driver’s licence.
