Dispatch Rider

About the role

Groupe Sebastien is seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider to handle timely deliveries of packages, documents and other items across Accra and the surrounding region. The role requires a valid motorcycle licence and a strong focus on customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive delivery orders and instructions from the dispatcher.
• Load, transport and unload packages safely using a motorcycle.
• Deliver items to designated locations within the agreed time frame while following traffic laws.
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
• Communicate delivery status or issues to the dispatcher or clients.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Provide courteous service to clients and recipients.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle licence.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar role.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
• Physical fitness and stamina for long rides.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
