Sanitary Product Quality Inspector

About the role

The Sanitary Product Quality Inspector ensures that every sanitary item leaving the production floor meets strict quality standards. The role involves real‑time monitoring, first‑piece verification, and rapid response to any defects to prevent waste and maintain product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) during startup, material changes, or equipment adjustments and approve mass production only after successful inspection.
• Perform on‑line production patrols, continuously checking dimensions, glue application, and material usage.
• Detect and intervene on anomalies, reporting defects such as stains or deformities and stopping the line when necessary.
• Accurately record daily patrol logs and testing reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Sharp, proactive, and alert attitude on the shop floor.
• At least 1 year of QC or patrol inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Willingness to work alternating day/night shifts.
• Strong adherence to quality principles and readiness to stand firm against defects.

Required skills

• Good eyesight (no color blindness).
• Ability to read dimensional specifications.
• Proficiency with basic measuring tools.
