Scrum Master Intern (Remote, Unpaid)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Scrum Master Intern to support Agile project management in a remote, unpaid 6‑month internship. You will work closely with experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on AI/ML‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and participate in Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Assist in managing product backlog, sprint backlog, and task tracking
• Work with tools like Trello and Slack for task management and team communication
• Help track progress using boards (To Do, Doing, Review, Done)
• Identify and escalate blockers or risks to the Scrum Master
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under guidance of PMO and senior members

Required profile

• Basic understanding or strong interest in Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively
• Fresh graduates or individuals starting a career in Agile/Scrum, from any discipline
