Senior Account Manager - Western & Central Region

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will safeguard and grow revenue from assigned accounts across the Western and Central region. You will align sales strategies with customer business objectives, embed quality and compliance into daily operations, and drive sustainable growth for Telecel Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional contact strategies and Account Development Plans (ADPs) for allocated accounts.
• Demonstrate strategic understanding of customer goals and present Telecel’s value proposition at board level.
• Integrate quality management processes into daily sales activities.
• Monitor performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure full compliance with license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.
• Provide accurate account data to the Sales Manager for planning and tracking.
• Identify training needs and lead skills development for yourself and the virtual account team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within enterprise solutions, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proven consultative selling skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• High learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem‑solving abilities.
