Senior Customer Portfolio Manager – Gas Power Services

About the role

The Senior Customer Portfolio Manager will own the customer relationship for GE Vernova’s Gas Power Services in SSA, driving financial and operational results through long‑term service agreements. Working on‑site with customers, you will deliver high‑quality solutions, manage outages and coordinate parts and repair delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of Long‑Term Service Agreements and service contracts.
• Take P&L responsibility for assigned contracts, monitoring profitability, cost control and revenue recognition.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services, upgrades or scope extensions.
• Coordinate with engineering, field service, parts supply and outage management teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Support customers during planned, unplanned and forced unit outages.
• Maintain unit operating history and parts life history using commercially available software.
• Develop sales plans, order and track maintenance parts, and validate billing.
• Interface with sales, commercial and risk teams for new opportunities and up‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation services or power plant operations.
