Senior HR Coordinator (Expression of Interest)

About the role

The Senior HR Coordinator will act as the primary HR contact for Ghana‑based employees, contractors and offshore personnel. The role ensures a positive employee experience by managing queries, providing advice across the full HR spectrum and supporting the entire employee life‑cycle from hire to retire. This position is open to Ghanaian nationals only and is currently an expression of interest.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all employee lifecycle activities, including contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding and documentation.
• Provide first‑line HR support on employee relations matters such as disciplinary processes, grievances, absences and performance issues.
• Support offshore workforce logistics, crew changes, certification monitoring and on‑site visits.
• Work closely with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing, time‑keeping validation and resolution of payroll queries.
• Process HR transactions in Oracle, maintain data integrity and generate regular HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with Ghana labour legislation, company policies and support audits and governance reviews.
• Develop strong relationships with operational leaders, finance, recruitment and regional HR teams.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Several years of generalist HR experience in a dynamic organisation.
• Strong service‑delivery focus with the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to build effective business relationships.
• Numerate with the capability to interpret and present HR data clearly.
