About the role
Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Computing and Information Systems. GCTU is a public, technology‑oriented university located in Tesano, Accra, with a mandate to deliver higher education in Information and Communication Technology. The role offers an enabling environment for teaching, learning, research, and faculty development.
Key responsibilities
Teaching, supervision, research, community service, and faculty development responsibilities consistent with the rank of Senior Lecturer at a public university in Ghana.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in a relevant area of specialization.
- Previously appointed as Senior Lecturer by a recognized university under comparable conditions, or at least four years of experience as a Lecturer with a minimum of six publications in recognized journals.
- Three referees with names and addresses.
