Senior Manager - Business Development & Venue Partnerships

About the role

MyTabler is seeking a senior leader to drive business development and venue partnership growth for its hospitality booking platform. You will own the end‑to‑end partner journey, from prospecting and signing venues to onboarding and ongoing commercial management, while reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for the Accra market, set targets, track KPIs and adjust strategy to meet growth objectives.
• Prospect, negotiate and close contracts with restaurants, clubs, lounges, beach clubs and event hosts across Ghana.
• Lead the Partner Success Lead in product demos, onboarding calls and ensure a smooth transition to active platform usage.
• Manage service‑fee payments, track invoicing, resolve payment issues and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Produce weekly pipeline and performance reports and present them to the leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of account management or business development experience, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Self‑directed, field‑oriented relationship builder comfortable in commercial conversations and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator in English; knowledge of local Ghanaian dialects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ghana’s nightlife or events landscape and access to a personal vehicle for field work.
