Senior Manager, Business Development & Venue Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Development & Venue Partnerships is a commercial leadership position that operates independently, thinks like a founder, and takes full ownership of outcomes. You will develop business plans, troubleshoot commercial and operational challenges, and deliver growth targets while serving as Tabler’s primary field presence building relationships with venue partners across Accra and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own business plans for Tabler’s growth in the Accra market, set targets, and report on KPIs such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
• Prospect, engage and sign up venue partners—including restaurants, clubs, lounges, beach clubs and event hosts—overseeing the full sales cycle from first conversation to contract.
• Oversee product demonstrations and onboarding calls, ensuring partners are walked through the platform and expectations are clear.
• Manage service fee payments, track overdue amounts, and coordinate invoicing with the Partner Success Lead.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for leadership and manage the Partner Success Lead’s deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of account management or business development experience, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Self‑directed, field‑oriented relationship builder comfortable in commercial conversations and able to operate independently.
• Strong communicator in English (additional Ghanaian dialects a plus) and familiar with Ghana’s nightlife and events landscape.
