Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Cummins across the Accra and Tema regions. You will design sourcing strategies, manage interview logistics and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process that reflects Cummins’ employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategies, building pipelines for targeted positions.
• Lead recruitment teams, external agencies and individual recruiters through screening, interviewing and selection.
• Coordinate interview schedules, travel logistics and pre‑employment testing.
• Maintain and report on the applicant tracking system, monitoring key performance indicators.
• Partner with the employment branding team to enhance Cummins’ talent brand.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate to senior level experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance requirements and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
