Senior Site Reliability Engineer Manager (SRE)

About the role

The Manager, Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will ensure the stability, reliability and performance of MIDAS core wallet services after go‑live. Working within the Infrastructure, Operations and Security function, you will lead hands‑on reliability engineering and production support for business‑critical financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 stability, resilience and performance of the digital wallet ecosystem.
• Provide production support, incident analysis, capacity planning and disaster‑recovery assistance.
• Design and develop SRE and DevOps tooling for monitoring, alerting, automated health checks and resource utilisation.
• Analyse availability data, error trends and bottlenecks to drive reliability improvement initiatives.
• Document best practices, create runbooks and knowledge artefacts to enhance supportability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in site reliability engineering, production support and infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into operational actions.
• Experience working in high‑growth, high‑complexity fintech or telecom environments.
