Senior Specialist, Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

MTN Ghana is hiring a Senior Specialist for Enterprise Converged Services (Cybersecurity) within its Enterprise Products and Marketing department, reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Converged Services. The role covers the architecture, development and management of scalable ICT and converged cybersecurity solutions for SME, corporate and public sector customers, in a managed services organisation guided by MTN Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end cybersecurity solution propositions covering threat detection, network security, endpoint protection, identity management and managed security operations
• Carry out technical feasibility studies and RFP/RFQ responses, including security architecture design, risk assessment, solution sizing and commercial modelling
• Provide expertise in security architecture, threat modelling, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOC integration, zero-trust architecture and regulatory compliance, aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and MTN Group guidelines
• Maintain the cybersecurity product roadmap and the managed services catalogue (SOC-as-a-Service, MDR, EDR, DDoS protection), including pricing and SLAs
• Lead customer security assessments and gap analyses, using findings to shape solutions and create business opportunities
• Develop cybersecurity use cases and managed services with ecosystem partners, including financial services, public sector, oil & gas and critical national infrastructure
• Deliver product and technology briefings to Sales, Client Success and Marketing teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in ICT/cybersecurity solutions, enterprise technology or a related field
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent; vendor certifications (e.g. Fortinet NSE 7, Palo Alto PCNSE, Microsoft SC-100) and additional cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
