About the role

The Senior Specialist – Orthopedics and Spine provides high‑quality patient care within the scope of granted privileges at Fakeeh Care. The role involves direct clinical work, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to Fakeeh Care policies, standards of care, and granted privileges.
• Document all clinical activities following Fakeeh Care documentation procedures.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures in partnership with attending physicians.
• Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures as permitted by privileges.
• Provide timely medical reports in the required format.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and junior staff training.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the organization’s code of conduct.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and complete mandatory education requirements.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and non‑medical staff.
• Ability to work effectively in high‑stress environments and maintain strong organization.
• Relevant clinical experience as defined by the regional health regulatory authority.
• Board/Fellowship/Master level education in orthopedics or a related specialty.
• Valid practice license from the regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS, DHA) and BLS certification.
