Senior Training and Integration Officer

About the role

The Senior Training and Integration Officer will lead the design and delivery of training programmes for teachers and students, and support the adoption of Dext’s educational technology across partner schools in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training content and learning materials for teachers and students.
• Design effective training and content delivery approaches.
• Conduct teacher and student training sessions.
• Support the integration and adoption of Dext products and technology in partner schools.
• Monitor teacher and student engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with partner schools and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes and delivery.
• Coordinate research on effective integration of Dext products and services into schools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, education, learning and development, or technology integration.
• Proven experience developing training materials and facilitating sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for education, training and technology.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with teachers and students.
• Ability to build positive relationships with schools and stakeholders.
