ShortLets Portfolio Manager

About the role

The ShortLets Portfolio Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Accra responsible for overseeing a portfolio of short‑term rental properties. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue and guest satisfaction while maintaining accurate and attractive listings across online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise pricing, occupancy rates and overall property performance.
• Analyse booking data and market trends to inform revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Coordinate with property owners, service providers and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular financial reports, track budgets and control costs.
• Identify investment and expansion opportunities based on performance insights.
• Ensure listings are up‑to‑date, visually appealing and compliant with platform standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and identify trends.
• Solid understanding of finance principles for budgeting and revenue monitoring.
• Experience in managing multiple properties or portfolios, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for working with owners, vendors and guests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management or reservation software.
• Competence in common office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
