Site Lead Aircraft Mechanic - Ghana

About the role
As the Site Lead Aircraft Mechanic you will oversee all aircraft, subsystem and support equipment maintenance at the Accra and Tema sites. This pre‑award position requires US citizenship and will act as the primary liaison with the Government and the Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP) program.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft and support equipment.
- Manage the CLS system covering personnel, materials, inspections, launch and recovery, and spares supply.
- Oversee repair and overhaul of repairable spares at FAA‑certified repair stations.
- Supervise aircraft painting, engine repair and overhaul activities.
- Direct the on‑site workforce and ensure compliance with FAA and DoD regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years maintaining King Air/1900 series aircraft, including complex modifications.
- One + year experience as a site lead or 90 days supervised on‑site training under a qualified lead mechanic.
- Current FAA A&P license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- US citizenship.
