About the role
Fastest Cakes Logistics Limited is hiring a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer for an office-based position in Accra. The role covers planning and scheduling social media content, managing influencer relationships and preparing performance reports, with a commitment to long-term employment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule social media content using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Agorapulse.
- Create content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.
- Manage influencer relationships to promote the brand.
- Prepare and present social media performance reports.
- Explore advanced marketing strategies, including referral, affiliate and remarketing campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in clear English communication.
- Must reside in Accra and be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to long-term employment.
Required skills
