Stock Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Stock Manager to oversee inventory and store operations for Kor Group Ltd’s hospitality venues in Accra and Tema. The role ensures that all stock items are received, stored, issued and tracked accurately to support uninterrupted production and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Issue authorized stock items for production according to operational plans.
• Maintain accurate receipt, storage, issuance and movement records.
• Update inventory software promptly to reflect all stock movements.
• Liaise with the Production Manager to guarantee stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Prepare and dispatch stock to designated production locations.
• Report shortages, overstock, damages or suspected misappropriation to the General Manager.
• Monitor inventory levels, enforce minimum reorder points and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO rotation, health‑safety and hygiene standards.
• Secure storage facilities and enforce access controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in stock processes and aim for zero product expiry.
• Supervise, coach and develop store personnel, allocate duties and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 60 months (5 years) of experience in stock or inventory management.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop store staff.
• Strong coordination skills to work closely with production teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food‑safety standards in a hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO stock rotation methods.
