Studio Manager – Studio Operations & Production Coordination

About the role

The Studio Manager ensures the studio runs smoothly on a daily basis, acting as the central hub for client experience, booking coordination, and production operations. This position blends front‑of‑house management with production logistics to guarantee a professional environment for clients, talent, and crew.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, talent, partners and visitors, managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming studio experience.
• Maintain the studio booking calendar, handle enquiries, confirmations, changes and cancellations, and minimise scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate operational requirements for productions, preparing studio spaces, arranging equipment, props and consumables, and supporting talent and crew.
• Conduct regular readiness checks, oversee studio setup and reset, and flag maintenance or facility issues.
• Track inventory of studio equipment and assets, monitor usage and condition, and manage consumable supplies.
• Support the Business Director with studio enquiries, client tours, record‑keeping and initiatives to boost studio utilisation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of studio services and capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, talent and internal teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage schedules, bookings and production logistics.
• Detail‑oriented, ensuring equipment, props and consumables are prepared and stored correctly.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
