Systems & Virtualization Manager

About the role

The Systems & Virtualization Manager will lead a team of IT Systems and Infrastructure professionals, defining standards and overseeing the design, deployment and operation of critical IT services that support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, budgeting and monitoring.
• Design, implement and maintain VMware solutions and related compute systems.
• Ensure high availability, security and compliance of all virtualized environments.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align IT services with business processes.
• Oversee Windows Server, email infrastructure and Active Directory health.
• Manage vendor relationships for staff augmentation and system support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and virtualization projects.
• Strong understanding of financial services or fintech environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
