Application Support Specialist – Software Installation

About the role

The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for installing the accounting and other software solutions marketed by Sisco Ltd on client computers. This role ensures that each installation is completed accurately, that the software functions as intended, and that end‑users receive the necessary guidance to start using the applications effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure accounting and related software on customers’ PCs, verifying that all required components are correctly set up.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise during or after installation.
• Document installation procedures, support interactions, and any troubleshooting steps taken for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to communicate customer feedback and improve deployment processes.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Marketing or IMIS.
• Minimum two years of experience in software installation or application support.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
