Talent Sourcer (Remote, Part-time)

About the role

Sandemy is looking for a part‑time, remote Talent Sourcer based in Sunyani to build pipelines of promising candidates, especially for IT positions, and support its employer‑branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research talent markets and map relevant professional networks.
• Screen candidate profiles and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft job advertisements.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre‑screening conversations, and schedule interviews.
• Support employer‑branding activities by partnering with universities, youth organisations and events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing or recruitment coordination.
• Strong online research abilities and proficiency with digital recruiting platforms.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Interest in youth empowerment, public policy, entrepreneurship or nonprofit work in an African context.
• Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback constructively.
• Relevant post‑secondary education in HR, Business, Social Sciences or comparable experience.

Required skills

• Use of job boards, professional networks and social‑media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or candidate databases.
• Proficiency in email and spreadsheet tools.
