Team Lead, Retail Products

About the role

The Team Lead, Retail Products will oversee the development, management and growth of retail investment offerings for IFML. The role combines product strategy, sales support and cross‑functional leadership to meet deposit growth and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail products, including sales, marketing, operational efficiency, technology and compliance.
• Develop and execute deposit strategies to achieve growth and cost‑of‑funds objectives.
• Assess customers’ investment needs and provide advisory services while monitoring capital market trends.
• Lead the retail products team, coordinate with digital investment, wealth management, accounts and compliance partners.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

Required profile

• First degree in any discipline; a relevant master’s degree or professional qualification is a plus.
• 5‑10 years of retail banking or insurance experience, including supervisory responsibilities and strong financial acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
