Technical Manager, Operations Manager & Technical Support Officer – Offshore Vessel Owner

About the role

We are expanding our offshore vessel fleet and are looking for experienced maritime professionals to join our team. Three key positions are open: Technical Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Support Officer. All roles will work closely with the vessel master, crew and our Cyprus‑based ship management team to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Manager: oversee all technical operations of tanker vessels, coordinate with the master and crew, manage spare parts procurement, and supervise class flag surveys and daily performance reporting.
• Operations Manager: guide crew during cargo operations, ensure safety best practices, handle marine operation matters, coordinate class flag surveys, audits and safety management including DPAs.
• Technical Support Officer: provide daily paperwork support, assist with spares and stores deliveries, generate daily reports from vessel data and perform any additional support tasks required by management.

Required profile

• Technical Manager: Marine 2nd Engineer or equivalent qualification on tanker vessels.
• Operations Manager: Marine 2nd Officer or equivalent qualification on tanker vessels.
• Technical Support Officer: Recent graduate with a marine‑related engineering degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Planned Maintenance Software for reporting and tracking.
