Technical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Power sectors from our Accra office. The role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote inspection and technical assurance services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Power industries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct client visits, deliver presentations and prepare quotations.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to design and deliver customer solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Oil & Gas, Mining or Power sectors.
• Ghanaian national based in Accra with a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inspection services, QA/QC and NDT.
• Understanding of asset integrity and industrial compliance.
• Technical qualification in Mechanical engineering, Welding Inspection or related field.
