Technical Support Lead – IT Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Lead to oversee the Group’s IT infrastructure across all units. The role involves managing hardware, software, network servers and CCTV systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely support for all technology users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recommend and procure hardware and software to meet organisational needs.
• Facilitate installation and configuration of computers, CCTV equipment and other technological devices.
• Provide network and server administration, monitoring security and backup protocols.
• Customize and adapt existing applications to user requirements.
• Deliver technical support for internet, telecommunication systems and ERP applications such as Talli and BIMPOS.
• Maintain regular communication with service providers and update the Operations Manager on system status.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or degree in Information Technology or related field, or recognised IT certification.
• At least 2 years of experience installing, repairing and servicing computer hardware, software and CCTV equipment.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
