Technical Support Representative – Accra & Tema

About the role

The Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides advanced technical assistance to staff and Church operations across Accra and Tema. You will ensure that hardware, software, mobile devices and related services run smoothly, enabling employees and leaders to perform their duties effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computers, laptops, printers, audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity and end‑user application issues.
• Respond to service requests and incidents while meeting established service standards.
• Support deployment of new technologies, upgrades and project rollouts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, configurations and solutions.
• Assist with technology asset management and inventory tracking.
• Provide user training and guidance on technology tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and global technology teams to resolve complex problems.
• Participate in after‑hours support rotations and occasional travel to Church facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional technical support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
