TikTok & Instagram Video Editor – Remote (Ghana)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing creative and marketing agency based in Toronto, serving restaurants, nightlife, and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a remote TikTok & Instagram Video Editor based in Ghana to turn raw footage into scroll‑stopping short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos using CapCut or similar software, adding captions, transitions, sound design and effects.
• Follow creative direction while contributing original ideas.
• Deliver edits on time and incorporate up to two rounds of revisions.
• Participate in at least two weekly review meetings to receive feedback.
• Communicate proactively about deadlines and project updates.

Required profile

• Strong experience creating short‑form social‑media content.
• Proficiency with CapCut (or comparable editing tools).
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current viral trends.
• Reliable laptop capable of HD video editing and fast, stable internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback professionally.
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
