Waiter / Waitress – Full‑time Hospitality Position

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter/waitress to join our hospitality team in Dzorwulu, Accra. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and present menus.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while checking on customers regularly.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Process customer requests, coordinate with team members and handle concerns professionally.
• Follow hygiene, service and safety standards and support other restaurant operations as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
