About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee daily warehouse activities in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining high standards of safety and organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage receiving, issuing, and storing of raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished products.
- Verify quantity, specifications, and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in ERP/WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts and annual audits.
- Organize and label inventory, applying FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe material handling.
- Coordinate with production teams to guarantee timely material supply.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and generate reports.
- Uphold 5S standards and comply with HSE regulations.
Required profile
- Secondary school certificate, diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations within manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.
- Proficient data entry and record‑keeping abilities.
