职位概况

负责加纳外区渠道的分销管理与销售推进，需在客户驻地办公并适应短期出差。

主要职责

经销商运营把控，包括人、车、钱、库的综合管理。
搭建并管理CRM访销员团队，使用CRM系统进行数据分析。
走访辖区市场，拜访门店，分析自品与竞品竞争态势并制定应对方案。
协助处理突发状况，确保业务顺畅。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，1年以上加纳快消渠道深耕及客户管理经验。
拥有知名快消品公司3-5人团队管理经历。
加纳排名前三大学毕业，熟练使用电脑及办公软件。
能够接受短期外区市场出差并在客户驻地办公。

必备技能

电脑操作与办公软件（如Word、Excel）
CRM系统使用与数据分析
