About the role
Prymage is looking for an accountant based in Accra to train clients on its ERP software and support them through implementation and everyday use. The company trains its own staff in its ERP solutions, and previous ERP experience is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver ERP training sessions for clients.
- Support implementation, go-live and ongoing software use.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate them when needed.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships.
Required profile
- At least three years of working experience.
- An accounting education or equivalent study.
- Previous ERP experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
